While I think that's a somewhat interesting offer, and for Asia probably really interesting, I stopped reading after quite a few mindless "order number xyz, double bandwidth please" posts due to your ugly thread bumping game.
I resonate with your comments and I can completely understand the sentiment you have towards wanting better discussion on threads rather than having to scroll through double bandwidth related comments. As new providers to this community, we are still learning the ropes a little. It did initially feel like quite the norm and something a provider has to do in order to not get their offer buried by the others doing the same either via double-up offers or giveaways, but again -- in an ideal world, proper discourse on a thread where every provider fares a fair chance is something we'd love to see ourselves.
Again, I do appreciate you for voicing your concerns. I'd also love to (truly) hear your suggestions, if any, on what we can all do to remedy this sort of situation (or perhaps, "game"?) that seems to be a norm on LET. Perhaps this can be a good discussion.

Bilateral peering sessions have recently been established with Cloudflare, Akamai, Hetzner, and Valve. This gives us more quality control vs. peering via the IX route server. As we exchange more traffic with other networks, we'll seek to consistently increase our number of peers.
