IMHO they're hard to compare in terms of reliability as they are much smaller and newer. Many of the smaller hosts can face huge problems if they're ran by just a few people. Just imagine a deadly incident for the owner and everything could go downhill within a few days/weeks.
But so far I can't complain about Hostbrr. Tickets have been resolved within short timeframes and I even got replies on Saturday or Sunday evenings. Performancewise they are great aswell. Even on their promo plans I had no bigger issues or steal.
