I don’t have any experience with them. The deal seems okay, but I recently got three big German VPSes (from different providers- I won’t mention them here), with two of them hosted at FRA Maincubes, so I don’t need any more for now.

Do you plan any party for a BF event?

We noticed your message in the forum and wanted to address it directly. We’re a bit surprised by your post since you’ve been a customer with us for a while and haven’t raised any issues with our support team so far.

If you’re disappointed that we couldn’t upgrade your server to a completely different system for free, we understand that frustration. However, we’d like to clarify that our offers are based on the terms agreed upon. It seems more like an attempt to pressure us into providing services outside of what was originally discussed.

We also want to point out that our ticket system is always open for you to ask questions or make special requests. We’re happy to assist if you approach us in a respectful and cooperative way. Trying to push us into making decisions through a forum post like this isn’t the right path.

We value your business and would like to resolve this. Please reach out through the proper channels, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution.

Yes, you can switch to annual payment at any time as long as you have purchased the server in this offer, the renewal option with the Lifetime discount is available on the server.

No, my observation is not based on whether my vps is moved to the other node or not.

I am a data engineer for living and my recommendation list of vps is based on measurable factors.

Even in past, before you posted this offer, I never mentioned FameSystems in my recommended list.

So, please do not correlate my recommendation based on your current offer.

Your answer here makes perfect sense
Too bad you didn't give a clear answer about the CPU usage policy.
Knowing that there are complaints here about CPU steal from previous offers

    Does this mean that:
No limit on CPU usage, but it's quite possible that CPU steal is present and we won't do anything about it? (And that’s fine for some)

Do you still take action against important abuses such as mining?

In my opinion, it would give a better image to answer these questions rather than ignoring and would help those who wish to install a somewhat legitimate workload on these plans

    That's just my opinion. 🙂

I believe, the cpu resource is not dedicated, but unmetered.

@FameSystems , please correct me if I am wrong here.

From me 100% recommended. I use the server for over 2 Months now, prelonged it for another 1 Year. No downtimes, performance is stable. CPU steal very low, mostly 0 for me.

Biggest + is their custom interface and the transparency while developing it with blog and changelog, most providers use standard WHMCS or with a theme.

With their professionalism and specially programmed interface, they are already superior to most hosts.
