I'm asking for $9 + $5 (transfer fee) = $14 (paid with PayPal or SEPA transfer).
I won't transfer to someone whose account is newer than 1 year, who has less than 100 posts or who has less than 50 thanks because there is no seller protection with PayPal F&F.

I'm interested, but I don't think that's how PayPal F&F works. I'm pretty sure the buyer is assuming all the risk with F&F.
It is against PayPal ToS to sell with F&F.
You have to use G&S for any commercial transaction.
You should price your items accordingly to accommodate G&S transaction fees, as the buyer would not see what's the fee.
I thought I read somewhere that the buyer could dispute the charge with the card company when using F&F, but I'm not 100% sure. Anyway, let's continue in PMs.
if you dispute an f&f charge with your cc provider you'll likely get banned off paypal. they may also point to the TOS that says no refunds on such transactions, which would prevent the chargeback from going through.

i actually doubt that you can consider this a commercial transaction ( at least not according to german law ).
The seller is no company or selling in a regular way ( something that happens frequently again and again ).
The seller is asking for a 1:1 reimbursement for his prepayment of the to be transferred service plus a very small handling fee.
In my opinion this is like you bought something somewhere in the past and you selling it now on a peddlers market / garage or yard sale.
At least the german finance department will have exactly no issues with that and i think the seller is german, so this law will apply for him ( and normally paypal too ).

Its 2985 single core. so how in vps it showing 8723 ?
