Help in finding a vps hoster by IP

Hello everyone! Is there any way to find a dedicated server host (website) knowing the IP? I tried whois but with it I was only able to find one, while others have some kind of business cards.. I can't ask the owner directly where they get it 
Here are some IP addresses for example (there are more):
78.153.139.5
81.19.141.181
45.95.233.41
At most I've come across "placeholder" sites like https://gir.network/ or do they also provide services and I need to contact them by email? No need to throw stones, I'm just trying to figure things out (you can laugh)
