Have an experience to use it. Basically they have big problems with networking and accessing firewall. First day you got access, their dashboard gives you access to firewall, but all what I've put there is simply doesn't work. On 2nd day without any notification you loss access to firewall and feels like all rules also gone. "Best" hosting.

Are you complaining because we removed from our control panel dashboard an option called firewall, which basically didn't work?
When basically using iptables you can do the same thing.
DDoS filters are automatically applied, so there is no problem with that either.
And also we don't see any problems with our network these days, so this is completely made up.
I have a VPS-1, there has been a network problem for about 2 hours. I don't understand why everything is green on the status page. (status.deluxhost.net)
My vps's network connection is being cut off. These are the ping results from the console. They said there was a problem with the network. I can't connect to ssh, data transfer starts and stops, then drops to 1 kb and stops completely.
This absolutely proves nothing, it's an icmp ping made from who knows where and with who knows what methods.

It's a global problem most likely. Make sure everything is in order. Most likely the amount is insufficient or you have problems with the control panel configuration.
What are you talking about? Network problem still continues. I'm not even sure if you've doing anything to solve problem after wrote this.

So far so good, great service and customer support. Really enjoying my VPS's with you guys. One recommendation though: I am unable to change the hostname to anything other than what it automatically puts AFTER it's purchased in the main portal page. I can change the name of the hostname within each VPS, but at a Birds Eye view of both VPS's it shows the super long name and sometimes I open the incorrect one.
the guys in the live chat They do not deal with technical problems, but only answer general questions , as said, talk all you want, but until you open a ticket on the site with tech support, I don't think you'll ever get the answers.
You sent a screenshot to the guy, who therefore thought the problems were on our end, but since I'm the one who deals with these things, and I tell you that there are no problems, it remains that way.
