Why to use old OS? The latest Debian does great job.
I'm with @WebProject on this. Debian 8 is end of life/support since: 30 June 2020
i know that, but my script only work with debian 8
send me the script to take a look at, if you dont want to post it here.
Why not to update? So avoid potential security concerns.
i cant send it, sorry.
it's just a module eggdrop for irc.
You may install irc from
oldoldoldoldoldstable, which certainly is more stable than today's latest Debianstable.Any provider that allows uploading a custom ISO will do. So you can install Debian 8 from the ISO.
You can usually run Debian 8 user space on pretty much anything by using any poor man's container (e.g., chroot, bubblewrap, ...)
We still offer debian-8.7 as a option.
do you have custom offer?
We have a 512MB offer
https://clientcp.net/store/let-vps-offers
I can bump that to 1GB, just share your order number, all prices are in GBP since we are a uk company.
yabs please..
I don't have a yabs to hand on the 512MB server but these are hosted on the same nodes

You should choose to update your script.
What module ?
try asking on → https://forum.eggheads.org/
why not try the setup in docker with debian 8.
docker pull debian:8still worksproviders still offering such old templates should not blame the customer once they get hacked
Maybe you can try lxc Debian 8. It is not that secure though.
