    No chance you will get Windows RDP for $1 per month, if you get one it will not be good for anything.

    Even if you get one ... It wont have enough RAM (Required for Windows) to make your life easy.

    at one point i installed windows 7 on a 6 eur a year server-factory vps
    wasn't very useful for anything but kinda funny nonetheless

    This is highly not recommended … not even for Linux OS

    Don't need a VPS from that. A modern browser is enough.

    You can run Windows 95 and Windows 2000 directly in browser with emulation. It also supports uploading files.

    we do support windows on our smaller VM, which is 3,6 eur.
    not much space left tho after installation.

    The bare minimum I would recommend for Windows Server 2019 OS is 20 gb
