You advertised a 25% discount in this post and a 10% discount on your website.
Not honoring any of those offers makes you a scammer.
First of all, I was very nice to you and I don't expect such a response, let alone make us call each other scammers when we are not.
The offer is correctly valid and working (we already have some users from LET who have used it).
The 25% discount is usable on all available VPS plans with a monthly billing.
An additional discount we give is to get one month free on annual purchase.
Learn to abide by LET's rules, you are not our customer at the moment and you cannot declare us a scammer without even having proof!
I made the honest mistake in writing the offer of not specifying that the 25% discount is valid only on monthly billing cycles, I don't think anyone dies from that, plus when you pointed it out to me I promptly made a resolution to that.
I only ask that you be as polite and respectful as I have been to you.

Here it should be clearly mentioned in the next line after with the discount that this discounted price is only for new customer and for the first order only.
The regular price for other orders should have mentioned as well.

Regarding the regular price of the other plans, if I understand correctly you would like us to display all the vps plans we have, unfortunately we cannot do this here on LET as it would violate the rules, there is a cap on VPS offers.

It is very simple. When you, as an Estonian company, advertise, you must follow EU law, and under EU consumer law, this is considered misleading/illegal marketing if you do not honor the 25% discount on annual payments.
When you use illegal methods to take money from your customers, you are a scammer.

I try to respond to your false accusations by quickly summarising.
It would constitute fraud and thus scam if we promise the end user something, charge for it, and then do not give what we promised.
Ours is not false advertising because the discount is active and works, we have also written down how to use it, the only thing we forgot to point out and for this I take responsibility is that it is only valid on monthly plans and for the first month.
I want to emphasise one thing though, even having forgotten this small step (which we later confirmed in the posts above) when the user proceeds with the purchase within our customer area and enters the discount code, the following entry will appear in the summary: LET25OFF - 25% One Time Discount
Net of this, therefore, the end customer during the order knows perfectly well how much he will pay at that moment and how much afterwards, so there is no unfair advertising.
If you continue to detect any malicious actions on our part, please make a consumer report.
I would like to add and conclude, your behaviour is quite unfair towards us you have called us scammers twice, this shows how easy it is to misuse this term, there is no and I mean no report against us that you can find on the net and in any case trials are done in court not on LET.
In order to have the tag of ‘Patron Provider’ we went through a thorough verification of our soundness.
Finally, I invite you to read the rules of LET specifically ‘The “Golden Rule” of LET’.
