    Hey, no they are switched.
Switched IPv6 Subnets are going to be migrated to routed IPv6 Subnets by the end of the year.

Ahh great to know. I guess this will be the answer to my problem why the IPv6 configuration in Proxmox isn't working at all for me.

I open tick and ask how average usage of CPU is be accepted.
If you tell me average usage of CPU is 12% . I can adjust workload.
If you tell me that it all up to you. I can accept it too.
I follow the rules, I just want to know the rules.

I'm sorry to say this, but you're crazy if you believe your accusation that the service renewal date has anything to do with your service suspension date. We've had enough of users like you, just do us a favour and request a refund.

We can't give you an answer to your question because the workload is very different and caping cpu load to 50% with the exact same use case and application will probably not be enough in some cases. But you don't trust us anyway, so move on and let us do our job without having to deal with such nonsense.

    Thank you

I trust every provider here, including you. Without trust there would be no transaction.
The issue of contract renewal and suspension is just stating a fact, but obviously you are a little too excited.
At least I got the answer that there is no answer.
People here will continue to raise your so-called "nonsense" issues, but this is all to avoid accidentally stepping on the line and continue to use your excellent services and make the community a better place.

Your answer is incredibly hostile for no reason whatsoever.
It would have been much better to explain to the guy that the VPS doesn't automatically renew even when there is enough credit on the account.
There is an auto renewal option that you have to turn on.
I just faced this when my VPS was suddenly down and I wasn't sure why, checking emails and I read that my VPS is suspended which made me VERY confused, until I realised that the VPS subscription just doesn't auto renew and I have to manually renew and/or turn on the option.

We are talking about suspension due to abuse, not because of a service not being prepaid, we deal at the moment with already way above +100 suspended vms.

    1. Will system send email notifications before service expiry?
    2. Is there a possibility of monthly automatic top-up?
    3. What are your terms with regards to what may or may not be run? (I can't find an acceptable use policy in terms, for example adult content, IRCd, Tor exit and so on.)
    4. Up to what bandwidth is considered fair-use traffic?
    5. Are there more Genoa offers available?

    1. Yes, you will receive a mail 3 days in advance. You will receive a mail on the same day stating that you have 7 days left to renew before deletion. Actually your vm will be stored for 14 days.
    2. No, we are going to change this though with our new system supposedly going live by the end of the year.
    3. Any unhandled form of abuse, copyright infringement and excessive resource usage is not allowed. Everything else is okay.
    4. Up to 10 TB of traffic can be consumed without any issues, after that we will check if you are only having some kind of migrations with traffic up to 20 or 30 tb going on do not do anything. But if you are doing a lot streaming/recording, torrenting, proxying. etc. then we will limit your VPS to 8 MBit/s and offer you to order a traffic commitment.
    5. Yes, just ask for migration after ordering.

Few questions, not sure if theyve been asked:
    1. Why weird pricing? Whats stopping me from buying another VPS that makes it effectively 32 GB RAM(instead of 24GB), 2 IPv4(instead of 1), 400GB(instead of 300G) space and 8vCores for the same price of buying "Genoa L"?
    2. "Upto 10TB of traffic", well, does that include both incoming and outgoing or just outgoing?(Like how Hetzner deals).
    3. If my first point is valid, can I perhaps get the 2nd plan for 7Euro :P ? I'm loving the service so far and if everything goes well, I'm here to stay.
    4. Whats the difference between the current advertised CPU and the "GENOA"? Any speed difference? And what would it take to upgrade, if I decide to?
    5. How do I see how much bandwidth I have consumed so far? I can see Network Ops but perhaps not the bandwidth? If there exist such place, please guide me to it. Thanks!

PS: Editing to add 4th point and also wanted to say I'm loving your service so far. I bought it about more than a week ago and no downtime so far. Tho I haven't used the VPS to its potential but if everything goes like this for another month, I will cancel my Hetzner VPS and shift all my operations here as this suits all my needs.

PS PS(at this point I mightaswell summon a cat with the Ps ps ps): I wish I could pay a few euros extra(like maybe up to, lets say, 6-6.5 euros?) and have my core count increased to 6. Would be real nice :D maybe I'm being too greedy >-<

    1. Yes, some people already commented on that, we are going to adjust the plans for following offerings.
    2. Yes, this includes egress and ingress.
    3. Sorry but after having sold already so much of those VMs we don't want to do that.
    4. Depends on what you are running and how nodes are being used atm, but all in all the genoa cpu is at the moment the newest amd epyc line up i believe. (turin is in the process of being released)
    5. You are right, this can't be looked in to currently.

Nice try but we can chat on discord if you'd like. prohosting24 is my tag
Thank you a lot for your feedback as well.

We have a big list of things to improve, one of them me trying to not get as emotional or "hostile" as another user commented recently. eg.

I would also like to invite you to our BETA.
We will improve a lot things in our new backend and also support private networks, floating ips, load balancer and cloud native kubernetes as a service with free master control plane hosting.

Well we deployed our tool on all hypervisors this night and had it running already a few times, there is still stuff to get rid of but it seems like we are fine for now.

At least handling new cases will be easier now as our ci pipeline compiles the binary and automatically deploys it to prod, we still need to add a systemd timer and service to our ansible roles though to have it really automated.

Now we have the time to refine policies and to evaluate what other use cases are going to be excluded via ToS specifically as well.

For example there are still some users pulling >90% 24/7 on all cores by LLM training.

We will improve a lot things in our new backend and also support private networks, floating ips, load balancer and cloud native kubernetes as a service with free master control plane hosting.

Oh thank you! I'll drop you a DM. This sounds interesting.

And we have deactivated orders as of now, thanks to everyone.
