Even Hetzner is not going to that pricing
Earlier this year there were some with 256GB for 39€

Generally speaking, a server with 128GB of RAM usually has other good configurations as well, so it’s unlikely you can get one at the price you mentioned. However, if you’re open to considering 64GB of RAM, you could check out Hetzner.

It’s quite difficult to find even a 64GB RAM server at that price point, let alone 128GB. Also, older hardware typically doesn’t support 128GB RAM

It's doable only on OVH and Hetzner. Unfortunately, OVH is always out of stock, and Hetzner's auction servers have become more expensive
I can do a server with 128GB ECC for 65 Euro (excl. VAT). This would be a xeon d-1541 with 1x 1.92 TB SSD. Traffic: 25TB @ 1Gbit/s.
