Been using your services from last 7-8 months, great support and performance. First ever DDoS protected servers in PAKISTAN.

Wow! T1s and T2? (not even good enough for a single Gb/s)
I presume though that's an innocent error by clueless marketing people.

★ Connected to PkIX (Pakistan Internet Exchange)

Total traffic, according to their own (not exactly wordy) site: About 12 Gb/s. Just saying because many (most?) people think "100s upon 100s Gb/s if not even Tb/s!" when they see/hear 'IX'.

But to be fair, you are indeed multihomed though I only see one carrier I might like, one (Cogent) I don't like that much, and one that, pardon my french, I consider simply irrelevant, except maybe for regional traffic.

Oh and btw, your advertised "10Gbit/s Upload @ 100 TB" would almost double PkIX's traffic ...

In case some provider built a VPS node in your DC and offered a, say 250 Mb/s halfway decent VPS at a halfway decent price I'd probably consider buying one and benchmarking it.

Sorry for interrupting the (small) praise hymn and I (sincerely) wish you success and I understand that it's a much harder task to establish a DC somewhere in Pakistan than creating the 5th or 10th DC somewhere on the east cost or in Europe. So, good luck, I wish you well.

The 10Gbit/s is on Transit and not IX. IX Capacity is 1Gbit/s unmetered in both directions.

Options in the region are extremely limited.

    Much appreciated! :-)

Our capacity is on a mix of providers.

Care to tell us more, like via which carriers and/or backbones?

I guessed that much. The large global carrier corporations should be ashamed.

And my wish was indeed sincere.

  • T1/t2 is short for tier1 and tier2. Nobody uses t1 1544 kbps lines anymore
