PSYCHZ Bad support.

I ordered psychz and it hasn't activated the server for 2 days. They don't respond to tickets.
When I ordered on the website, it says 15-60 minutes before the server is ready.
And to this day it has not been completed and they are not responding to tickets

how reliable is the service provider? if they don't respond to a ticket for 2 days.
Please help.

  • Could be slow due to a fraud check? Also most of the civilized world takes the weekend off, so I'm assuming you opened the ticket on Wednesday?

    Basically from what I understood on Friday, Psychz was scrambling to restore network services at their Dallas Datacenter Location, which appeared to have been down causing outages for customers in their Dallas Datacenter Location.

    CubeData was technically one of those affected customers and while CubeData is back up now, the status on their client portal still indicates there still working on this issue still.

    Also since you opened the ticket on Friday Morning when all of this was going on, I would give it at least until tomorrow(Monday) or later and maybe they may have this fixed for you.
    Also Friday is before the weekend too so I would at least give them until Monday or so as stated previously and they may have this resolved for you.
