Looking Glass Project with Node.js
Hey everyone! Recently, I've noticed many people creating their own Looking Glass projects, so I decided to write on my own as well - using Node.js and WebSockets. https://github.com/ernestpasnik/looking-glass

Not to be a dick but that is just 99% of what hybula did with only like minimal class changes. Such cringe.
You can literally do a side by side comparison, and nothing is different except one is PHP and the other NodeJS
@kait Yes, I took design from @Hybula because it's fantastic. I mentioned this on GitHub, but if it's an issue, I'll remove it right away.
I see no problem as long as you didn't copy code without attribution.

Brief look at your repo and it all seems totally fine.
There is a difference between inspiration and just straight up copying code.
As I mentioned earlier, if @Hybula is not comfortable with my use of their design in this project, I will remove repo.
Hybula code is Apache License, so everyone is free to copy it as long as it's released under a compatible license and properly attributed.
Haven't had time to look at the code, but I see proper attribution and as long as you did the backend yourself and it's not "heavily inspired" on both backend and frontend I think you're good
