@dev_vps @jsg I was having issues (extremely slow) with copying file to/from this vps to other servers.
Can anyone check if something is wrong (or low) above. I am not familiar with YABS so having difficulty deciphering this.
If I copy a large file from another server to this one, then it copies at the speed of 2 MB/s (max)

I generally do not comment on yabs results but I'll make an exception for you as you seem to experience problems with that VPS.
2 MB/s or (roughly) 20 Mb/s (there is some overhead so not simply 1:8) is within the connectivity seen in the quoted yabs results. But those seem to be iperf3 based which, based on my own research, is nearly worthless because iperf3 is a marketing BS tool and quite a bit, not rarely even far, off an actual user's experience. (Hint: why would providers "generously" offer - often even dedicated - "speed test" systems plus TBs upon TBs traffic for free?).
Based on the (very little) information you provided I can not sensibly reason and provide more detailed comment. E.g. "another server", "this one", without any details like location, specs offers no basis for an educated judgement, sorry.
