Network performance should've increased today, in case you had random total throughput issues prior.
A few nodes added to stock too.
We are fast gearing up towards mass production, the new DC floor has been epoxied and main electrical cabinet should be physically installed by end of the month, and next month all the rack cabinets, wiring, cabling etc. on the new DC
Current stock and availability;
Are you there @PulsedMedia?
It seems that some nodes still not fully came back after electrical works that you have done 2 days ago ("Could not chdir to home directory /home..") and there's no reply to tickets (made one yesterday morning) or any announcement on your page about that. I understand that it's not a service with an SLA of 99.9% well but information about what's going on would be useful.
Yup, same.
My account has been down for 1 day and a bit.
Actually, they do advertise a 99.99% SLA -https://wiki.pulsedmedia.com/index.php/Pulsed_Media_Seedbox_SLA_Policy
Edit: added SLA info
Looks like they haven't been on LET since Aug 22. I have one of the miniservers with them and I have no issues.
Still nothing - no working server, no reply for ticket (after 52 hours). It's getting a bit funny especially when looking at provided SLA and latest article from lowendbox where @raindog308 wrote what a good provider Pulsedmedia is because they report on maintenances
@PulsedMedia answer the fucking tickets
Super funny
To be fair, for my needs it's a good seedbox and I have had it for a little while, but it has gone down a few times before and they've been really good about compensating me for the downtime in the past. I guess we'll see what happens when they eventually resurface.
My monitoring (10mins heartbeat):

I hope these issues are resolved soon.
@tjn As I can see on your monitoring there was already one 8 day outage with your box? If so that means we shouldnt worry too much after 3 and half days, it still can be fixed
.
True, but that time the ticket was answered (it took 2 days), I knew what was happening with a rough idea of how long it was going to take for a resolution. This time @PulsedMedia is completely MIA.
My node is repaired, got an extra 2 weeks free of charge
Please be reminded that we too are just humans. We pesky humabots need to recharge, and a wall outlet is no good!
Everything easily repairable from the electrical maintenance has been repaired. There is couple more servers with hardware issues. Everyone got plenty of extra service time as compensation.
There was only a very small minority remaining with issues after it. We've never had a power outage be this brutal ever before. Part of the issue is that the maintenance guys kept flickering the power, i think it was 3 or 4 outages total. Then murphy's law.
Usually when there's a power outage it's like 2 servers which needs human attention, this time i think we had to replace for a dozen servers CMOS battery alone, dozens of filesystem checks, a dozen or so RAID arrays failed to assemble with no reason, 1x HDD failure, 1x PSU failure, 3x CPU Fan failure on MD nodes, 2x VM Host Nodes keeps rebooting for no reason, 1x Node has had all it's arrays fail bizarrely in a way we've not seen before etc.
These HW issue ones will take another 24-48hrs.
Vast majority was back online before the maintenance window ended.
We have hired more staff but training is still on-going.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll try to recharge the humabots better in future! Maybe a whip will do fine.
Current Stock For MD Nodes
Please note that we are preparing for mass production, but that's still ways off. New DC construction is going fine, cabinets are in, electrical cabinet is in (took 6 people to get it in!), fiber is being dug etc.
Came back up yesterday for a few hours and then went back down
make a ticket.
I did.

What happens if the standard 50TB soft limit is exceeded? A temporary throttling?
It is soft limit, nothing happens automatically.
Unfortunately, it's still not clear to me. Let's say today is the 15th day of the billing period, and my traffic has already reached 100TB, which is not typical, but that's the way things worked out this month. What happens now?
It is soft limit.
You will not be charged for extra.
It is soft limit, nothing happens automatically.
It is not strict, it is soft limit.
If you have 10 servers, and one uses 250TB a month but rest uses 10TB, you are still well within your limits. If you have 1 server but it costs 70€ a month and you are using 70TB a month, doesn't really matter. If you got 3 servers each costing 15€ a month and use 70TB a month, then we got a problem.
It is a soft limit, not a strict hard limit.
Are you still Debian only? I need to run Ubuntu LTS with a particular partition setup.
Yes, Deb 11 only.
Will there ever be Ubuntu support?
Your deals are really great but unfortunately I'm also in need of Ubuntu for my usecase.
Eventually yes, but we don't want to waste time on working on something like that now, it's all or nothing development. Makes no sense to spend 10-20hrs making single version of Ubuntu to work, when 50hrs would make a dozen distros + self control panel work.
Ubuntu is based on Debian, so most stuff for Ubuntu works in Debian. You can also install proxmox and run a VM / Container.
