What if I legally sell the person my whole identity and along with it the right to access that account as they are now me?
Then you wouldn't be changing the account information, so it's allowed!
If it's along with the account, I'm willing to cooperate in legally accepting the transfer to change the owner information and all other necessary information. there doesn't seem to be a lot of information that needs to be changed on ovh's account.
