@advinservers Is this normal?
@advinservers The server I bought was located in Germany and I couldn't connect to it. They changed the IP for me, but I couldn't install the software I needed. I reinstalled the system and couldn't connect to it again. After a while, it was fine again. So I asked for a refund, but no one responded to my ticket. It took more than 30 hours. I saw that the rules required me to resubmit the corresponding ticket, so I opened a new ticket. It has been nearly 20 hours since then, but no one has responded. Is this normal?

Definitely not, Advin's an awesome provider.
Looks like he hasn't been active on here in a few days. Maybe an emergency had come up? He's not the type to ignore you on purpose, I know that much.
Agree, I also think they are not an irresponsible provider, but I posted a ticket and received no response, not on LET
I'd hang tight. I'm sure there's an explanation for whatever it is.
Right now you do have a working server - you're just trying to get it cancelled and to receive a refund?
Thank you for contacting LowEndSupport. Your ticket's waiting time has been doubled.
(I still love this joke lol)
Anyway, my previous experiences with @Advin have been amazing. No box with them atm as I'm waiting for them to start the MY/Johor Bahru offer.
Pretty sure something came up.
20 hours is not a lot of time for this type of ticket, especially when dealing with a company as small as this. My advice is just wait a bit more.
Well its kind of normal since this is not a emergency support situation. Account/billing issue are generally handled on working hours and take longer time to process too depending upon their policy.
Have patience and I'm sure someone from their team will reply you soon.
Because after purchasing, I really couldn't connect to the server, they technically reproduced the above situation and helped me change the IP, but when I asked to change a machine, no one responded, so I want a refund
I will delete this post after a smooth refund to help people who need to buy understand their work efficiency.
No, you will not be able to dele it. Thank you for destroying provider and forcing him out of business.
Hi @pangtouyu! Sorry to hear that it did not work out for you. As mentioned in our Refund Policy which is located at https://docs.advinservers.com/policies/refund, it can take up to 7 business days for a refund to be initiated (often much shorter than this). As long as you have opened a ticket within the 14 day period, please be rest assured that you will receive your refund. Please do not bump the ticket or your response may be delayed.
578182 No one responded to my ticket
I understand, but please be rest assured that you will receive a refund within 7 business days as per our refund policy.
No, it will only make them better and provide better service.

Hey Friend @pangtouyu!
Looks like what you did -- removing your post's entire original content and substituting "Finish" -- is against the LET Rules. Plus, what you did is "Something Everyone Hates!"
Additionally, that bold face is yelling. It's not so polite to yell at a nice guy like @Advin! There are well known members posting here in @Advin's defense!
@Void @Xrmaddness @pangtouyu Do you guys know what the original title and contents were?
@pangtouyu The Mod Team may take further action after review. Maybe you might want to apologize?
Thanks and best wishes!
Tom
No clue. I thought mods could see edit history but if not, well..

Advin is a pretty prompt and honest guy, I'm sure he'll attend to your matter asap.
I just joined a few days ago, please forgive me for not understanding the rules clearly. But the quality of a provider depends on the attitude of doing things. What I know is that there is a problem with the machine they opened for me. They reproduced the fault and gave me a new IP. Then the machine was successfully connected, but it broke again after a few minutes. After I asked to change the machine, no one responded to the ticket, even for more than 30 hours. After waiting for a long time without any response, I chose to submit another ticket for a refund. After nearly 20 hours, no one responded. Their policy is to refund within 7 working days, but I want to say that at least reply to me to let me know that you have seen it and are dealing with this situation.
If you continue on such way I'll report you.
Welcome your report
I have not yet tried seeing edit history. Maybe edit history exists in the database at least for a while. My guess is that Admin credentials on Vanilla and/or on the database might be required. @raindog308 probably knows. Maybe he say something.
Here is yet another well known member coming to @Advin's defense.
I agree that this time-to-ticket-response seems long. Probably there is a good reason. Maybe we will hear more from @Advin? Or from @advinservers?

I don't know much about WHMCS. I've never used it from the operator side. Only from the user side. If I understand right, WHMCS might be closed source, and, if that's right, WHMCS interests me less.
I seem to recall hearing comments that the WHMCS license checker occasionally makes or has made mistakes.
Maybe @Advin might comment about his WHMCS license check failing?
Has anyone had experience with reporting license check failures to WHMCS? Does WHMCS respond to the reports? Does anything actually happen as a result of reports to WHMCS?
Thanks!
