You have told every provider your content is questionable enough for CloudFlare to come after you.
That is fine when ever we recieved such complaint mostly 24-48 hours we remove that domain , so there is no issues from cloudflare i need secure from server provider.
So you're looking for a provider who will give you time to deal with abuse complaints / notices.
At least, that's what I'd advise you to look for.
