Virmach New outage experience

Hello , Everyone

I have been a user with virmach since 3 or 4 years , i experienced a lot of migration changing ip node outage , but never this which is new for me

When i check their status service for all their nodes , https://status.virm.ac/ they seems all to be down and website is not working what may cause this they didn't give any information about what is going on , and its been 2 days now what i am trying to understand is it an exit scam ?
Should i just wait some moment and everything getting back to normal

I am lost .

Can we just auto-close Virmache threads please

I’ll code the feature if Biloh implements it

Virmach is slowly dying, migrate off while you still can.

at those colocrossing era flash prices i think it's difficult to keep it afloat with the cost increase now.

    Virmached. Deep inside.

Not an exit scam, but just project is abandoned and controlled by single person. Majority of tasks done by the AI and extensive documentation.

I think after reading everything slowly and saw the different articles , if by god i recover my servers correctly i'll switch to another provider i have many other options , i just didn't feel the need but now understanding that its a one man show , i'll leave this hell.

Now what i am worried about is everything going to be down and for how long

I didn't stay using their service because they are cheap , i've made my gains after 2021 when i first joined i could have migrate already there to a way more expensive provider but i kept with that one because maybe all this adventure wouldn't have began without it and their prices by then.

So i accepted everything but i didn't understand its all a one men party , who don't know how to manage his company and grow correctly.

Their status website is down but the client area and control panel are working for me and all my servers with them are up.

  • Another one got VirmAched.

Soon the status page will be password protected but rest assured, all systems are operational.

You need answers from Virmach, pay $15 to their support and you will get answer 🤔👌

No, they just ignore customers if they don’t pay for support.

  • Their LA nodes are surprisingly stable

    no you wont.

  • I am in the same sad situation. The stability of the service is very disappointing.

  • 4 years and you got virmahed now? do you even virmach bro ?

  • here too. since january 2023 the vps in ffm ran without problems the ryzen was also fast. since today “no bootable device”. :)

  • There is no VirMach'es support at all. There are a lot of the long time outages during the last 2-3 years.

    Fixed it.

Is it so hard to find a better provider and switch? Even Calin or c1v is better than the scam called virmache.

  • This is the first time you use Virmach?

  • i already restore my websites to another vm using my backups.
letting virmach vps dies on it own. who cares... enough is enough.

there is no virmach "new" outage. it's always an outage actually.

  • Refugee offer slogan. "Switch to us and get 20X uptime for only 2X cost, plus double free tech support"

FWIW my (super cheap promo) VPS is running fine, responsive and hasn't been rebooted since months.

    @Calin maybe, @c1vhosting? I strongly doubt that.

In fact I've had almost no trouble with Virmach , except with IP changes, one of which I somehow slept over. But their support responded quite quickly (yeah, I was surprised too, because for the extremely low cost one just can't reasonably expect a quick support response).
Besides the multiple somewhat unnerving IP changes that thingy runs just fine since years.

It is kinda "expensive" since I am not dare to use it. I am just letting it idle and pay for nothing.

    "Virmach is up!"

  • Remember Delimiter? If you want a walk down memory lane, try Virmach.

    GOOD LUCK!

Well, I do use mine - but, granted, not for something even remotely critical. For e.g. an NS slave though it plenty fine (and surprisingly reliable).
