Reliable 1U colo with /29 under $60 a month?

I usually colocate at Dacentec with great success but have been down for 7 hours today and realize I need to have backup providers to failover to...

My needs are simple:

  • 1u-2u colo
  • 1000GB bw minimum
  • /29 IPv4
  • Location needs to be North America.
  • Reasonable and reliable remote hands
  • Cost under $60 a month.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions....

    What about watts?

    Francisco

  • I use less than 300 watts per 1u.

Currently have a few CSE-512L-200B Black 1U Rackmount Server Case 200W.

My next server build may have a 500W PSU but usually my builds are very low power single CPU and 2x3.5" at most.

2U colo, 10TB transfer, 5 Usable IPv4 Addresses... Should be fairly easy to do for most more serious providers around here (that also offer colocation).

However: The "up to 2.7A" at 110V (300W) is quite some power, especially in the context of your budget.

If you got a 200W PSU you def shouldn't be paying for 300W of power commit since you're probably only using like 150 max.

Their remote hands are quite good every time I've requested them.
