    The CN2 network in Hong Kong is quite expensive and shouldn't be compared with other high-bandwidth options. It is typically used by customers in China who require low latency.

    Yeah I know it's expensive cause of direct connected to CN2. But this is my real question, what can we do with 3Mbps? I don't have any mean purpose when asking it.

    With 3Mbps, SD streaming should work for most services
