    Why not?

Oh, I don't know. Maybe because it cost 36 hours of downtime for some of your customers. But as you put it, "why not?"

Just casually taking your website, helpdesk and all customers offline for no legitimate reason.

**2 days ago , I was thinking of upgrading with this thing.

Now not a single penny to him, unless he mends his arrogant attitude and pathetic service**

For that exact reason you can’t run mission critical or even development apps on the VPS. Will not be renewing my server with him!

If it was mission critical , it would have been paypal dispute within the 2nd hour of downtime without advance notice.

Still when seller is being paid he has to provide responsible service with minimum downtime in minutes or an hour maybe but definitely not days.

Mission critical? You need to adjust your expectations for both LET and Calin.

Anything that's actually "mission critical" should have a signed service level agreement.

Also, threatening chargebacks and opening disputes after two hours? You're going to end up on FraudRecored and end up not being able to get service anywhere you want.

I think barbeque is more along roasting/grilling than fried.

9 years ago, "SPICE SHOP SRL" had 16.858 (active) customers or at least this is what newspapers said. This was his data room:

You need to swallow the little pride in your micro-brain and apologize, and refund the money you have stolen. I still have no idea how the heck you are allowed to be on this forum.

  • Even surprising to see some "Resident benchmarker" praising him,
Ignoring the fact he stole money.

How is it corruption? He’s paying for his removed provider tag?

Honestly, there’s enough evidence here to make true accusations RE. that whole deal, coming up with false ones kind of undermines the true ones.

    From the selling rules:

    • Using a nulled WHMCS (or other nulled billing software) grants you and your company a lifetime ban on LowEndTalk. [✅ it was done in the past]
    • You must have valid, public WHOIS information for your domain and/or provide proof of company registration on your website (publicly accessible on the website of your country's commerce authority). [✅ had patron provider while being a minor and lying in the past]
    • If you are found to be misleading customers or using ethically questionable practices that may result in financial loss to customers, your Patron Provider tag will be changed to a Host Rep tag and you will not be able to post offers. [✅ latest case of crypto vanishing]
    • No unsolicited PM's offering services, even if you find a thread that suggests they are looking for a specific thing and you can provide it the offer must be put in public view unless the OP specifically requests PM's. [✅ requested a compromised list of customers from a previous provider with purpose of sending spam]

Did he steal from you? From me he didn't steal, nor did he scam me, nor was my experience with the service I purchased from him bad.

I benchmarked and reviewed a service provided by @Calin, not the person Calin.

Should I lie and bend facts to please you, or what are you complaining about. Talking about facts: Some "yada yada" complaining and allegation from some shady indian provider is not 'facts'.

Btw, I did not "praise" him. What you actually demonstrate here is that you tick in black and white, foe or friend only.

You might be on to something ...

    https://vps.vivucloud.com ->

    Website not found
Sorry, Please confirm that this domain name has been bound to the website.

    https://vivucloud.com ->

    Welcome to nginx!
If you see this page, the nginx web server is successfully installed and working. Further configuration is required. (...)

But https://vivucloud.com/vitri.php shows something. Have a look! Most pages half empty, 404 or (see above).

    IPs lead to cloudflare.

But then - Bingo! - their email: [redacted by me]@vivu.co.in

    Maybe a gossd reincarnation? *g

Seriously though, Calin: What's the status of the money at the bank? Any life sign from them (banker)?
Listen, do yourself a favour and at least provide a short status, and once the funds are free/at your disposal, tell us loud and clear how you'll proceed, refund, product delivery, or what?

He got caught by WHMCS or .. ?

Since this was all about if the website is down or an exit scam or whatever it should be closed, the older one was closed until new updates are rise from both parties.
