what SRV did you had in mind for the basement, I kinda miss Cave Host's here...
Firstly, I have in plan to colo/rent a premium service only with Mac Mini's - to have servers it needs authorization from ISU, etc. so I want to kept it light and profitable.
ISU - not needed for underground cave stuff...
Worst case scenario is a pretty expensive BBQ, I doubt anyone can beat OVH.
@host_c - If anyone does it like my idea I accept any donations. There's a sneak peak off - a proper UPS and S/FTP Cat7 cables.

Jokes aside, we actually looked into KVM for MAC MINI, unfortunately we did not find anything decent for them.
M1, M2 they pack some serous punch.

Love you guys - I am trying to make my statement or at least what I can do with my english.
FWIW my @Calin /ihostart VPS is running fine since at least my last post in this thread.
I'm not a fan of Calin but just hating him and smearing everything he does because it's him doing it isn't exactly useful or helpful either.
The VPS is up and running fine and no data were lost and that for a really low price. What's to complain about? For a secondary backup server that VPS has served me well (within reasonable bounds) and if it's down twice a year for a couple of hours, so what?
But yes, for serious jobs, let alone critical ones, I wouldn't use a Calin VPS, at least not before I've seen good uptime (>=99.9% min.) and connectivity for at least a year or two.
same with mine too, if it is not windows os you can try racknerd vps @dustinc , been with them for nearly 2 years , very little downtime
I think this is what @MannDude (and others?) where curious about; what were the critical factors that lead to needing to change the ASN to begin with
Its just usually migrating ASN is a fairly risky (to having downtime) thing to do even more so if you dont have total control of RPKI/IRR creation and are going through a middleman leasing IP addresses,
Im surprised that some dont get The Idea of changing ASN when we talk About a host providing DMCA ignore etc etc
