hello! need help finding a good VPS in the Baltic countries (estonia, latvia, lithuania) for VPN service. Latvia preferred. I am also ready to consider a good hosting in Finland. Or any location with 40-60ms ping from CIS countries.
1vcpu or 1 dedi
min 1 ram
1-10 gbit channel
ipv4+ipv6
unmetered bandwidth (or ~70-100tb, or daily 3-5tb with reset every 24h)
around 50-70$ (maybe more if really good offer) per year
97-98% uptime

thanks!

For Finland, probably Hetzner is your best bet.
For Lithuania, try reaching out to @Hosteroid

they comply with Russian legislation regarding the provision of information about the use of servers and transmit data on all services to the appropriate authorities upon any request. This is a risk, because when you own a VPN service, you cannot guarantee that there will be no illegal actions on the part of customers.

then, good luck with your budget.
justhost.ru is under a Russian entity
just.hosting under a US one. Check their privacy policy and terms of service. Not a single mention of Russian legislation.

Dunno, finding a provider that's fine with commercial VPNs is not an easy job.
If @VPSSLIM allows commercial VPNs, their deal in Estonia is still up: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/196237/hostslim-estonia-10gbps-ssd-vps-huge-discount-inside-release-party/p1
    Their FUP is 50TB though...

RETN network, quite the best you'll get from CIS countries.

For Lithuania, I recommend Cherryservers, with 10G port, starts from $69.98 annually.
I would go with Hetzner with free €20 (aff) for Finland too.
    Hetzner without aff https://hetzner.cloud

  • @zigzag21 Scratch that!

    VDS 1 $48 / year

Prices changing as we roll out new hardware and ipv4 allocations.

We will have $2 vps with massive nvme IO
