The board only supports memory upto 128 gb how are you to able put more than that? Im asking because I have the same board in UK.
Just update the BIOS & BMC firmware.
Actually you might be able to use 256GB RAM with this board. 4x48G is guaranteed to work. I am using Corsair, Crucial Pro and G.Skill 48G kits right now.

Looks like a tempting deal. 9900X's got 12 physical cores and can handle up to 192GB RAM. If you're not overselling RAM, we're looking at just 12 packages per server. Basically, it's like getting a VDS with 1 physical core.
Memory can be, in most cases, oversold by a factor of 25 to 40% without affecting the vps performance.

Well, it's hard to oversell RAM on Proxmox. We don't sell SWAP as memory like all the other providers do. KSM does help us to keep some of the allocated memory free but everyone is actually getting 1:1 memory allocation with us as we are keeping about 25% RAM free on each node.
Cool, not sweating the memory oversell. In this case, users are getting a fat chunk of CPU power. Each user's share of that 12-core beast is pretty damn good.
Yes. When someone buys a long term VPS from HostCram, they are paying us for the server hardware and they should receive a fair deal for that.
I don't have to make profits right now as I already know that I will be making a lot when those VPS renews.

What do I get if I pay triannually on the Ryzen 9000? Any extras?! Backups? More Cores? More SSD?

We have plans to upgrade all of our Ryzen nodes to the latest processor supported by our existing AM5 platform in 2027.
This RYZEN 9000 node will be one of it's kind liquid cooled with redundant power supply system. We might not have any more those for a while.
We will only take 3 more pre-orders. I think we can deliver them on October.
