10 days have passed, have you received a refund from OVH?
I ordered KS-A on September 2, and the order was cancelled on September 12, but my credit card has not received a refund from OVH so far.
In May, I ordered two servers and paid with Paypal, but OVH cancelled my order for security reasons. Four months later, the 100 euros have not been refunded to me. Because of my busy work, I forgot about it and didn't bother to care.
What I don't understand is that my OVH account has been registered for at least five years, and I have always used the same Paypal to pay, but OVH cancelled my order for security reasons and swallowed my money.
I now have many dedicated servers in Hetzner, which is more flexible and transparent. I hate OVH's slow and rigid work. This is not an advertisement for Hetzner.

For example, when I pay with CC, it is rejected, I can then pay with Paypal which draws money from that same card, it works.
OVH is weird, I came to accept this, fighting it is futile, love it or leave it, they don't care, so why would I. Chargeback if they didn't deliver, nor refunded.

ovh Paypal payment is prepaid. If the order is canceled, the payment will not be deducted. Maybe you can check the records at that time.

why are they refunding / canelling the orders for KS-A ???
Is the transaction posted yet? If it's just authorized it'll take a while for the authorization to expire depending on your bank.
That's just not acceptable. I don't understand why you don't do a chargeback and ask about your 100 euros at the very least to be credited to your account so you can use some services.
If OP has other dedicated servers using chargeback option OVH will suspend account as company has people without any experience of working with clients or technology, example: our setup of networking is impossible I was told by their UK based technician 😂😂😂😂 but it works without any issues!
Probably ovh bank performing kyc/aml and you will be required to send all info for your money source. If you are bad boy - no refund for you. At least it is not 20k…

you should definitely follow up on that. It would be quiet hardcore if a company of that size would not be able to automatically handle this.
I dont know what law applies here ( i think OVH is french?! ). In germany you have for this kind of stuff 3 years time to ask for the money before its legally just timed out. I assume also in france or USA or where ever OVH is legally located you will have quiet some time.
So they stole your money? In the head of some people here, that means OVH should be banned
OVH is absolutely terrible with refunds. Easy to get offered one, but many months to actually receive it in your bank
