Where do you find a Windows iso on Hosthatch's site?

Check in the "Select an ISO to mount..." dropdown.
    It's at the end "windows_server_2022-BYOL.iso"

You are awesome. Thank you so much. I was able to install Windows and get all the drivers, enable RDP and now testing it out.

Unfortunately, companies are dropping out of HK. Recently Aeza shut down their HK operations.

I use my Windows VPS as a desktop replacement and low latency on RDP is very important. Aeza gave me about 5ms, HostHatch is 6ms.

Options in Singapore are about 35ms.

    (I am based in HK).

    Anyways, thanks again!

hey did you got any network error, ethernet not getting detected in mine

did you add the virtio drivers to the iso?

    Yes I Did.

  • You need to update ethernet driver through device manager using local storage > windows iso > drivers > netkvm > win2022.

Open Device Manager in Windows (Search in Start Menu).
Check if there are any unrecognized Network adapters in the list. If so the virtio drivers have not been correctly installed. If everything is setup correctly you would have "Red hat VirtIO Ethernet Adapter" under Network adapters list.

I think that's the issue, while installing I selected drivers and then 2k22 from the list, gotta check more tutorials then, thanks for pointing that out
