    Same. I finally hit A timeout occurred Error code 524 from CF.

    This is not great... bought the $3.20 Dallas KVM VPS last night. Took 4 hours to provision an incredibly broken install which I didn't realize until I woke up just under an hour ago.

    Attempted to rebuild it with their 2022 virtio template, it now actually installed an OS but I still cannot VNC or RDP into it and right now it's pegging the 2 cores doing something (and I still cannot RDP into it or do anything with it except reboot it).

    I have already raised a ticket but this is a horrible start.

    in NAT you have a Shared IPV4 and Dedicated ipv6

    Yep looking for my money back now.

    They are not replying to my ticket currently which is set to a high priority after it failed to provision and even after a rebuild I had issues trying to VNC into it.

    I was provisioned a E5 2690v2 which is only DDR3 (their website says DDR4 fun fact)



    I get that this is LET but this is an incredibly poor show, and whilst OP has stated nothing about what hardware is being used in the OP. Their website does state it and this is misleading at the very least.

    Overall, acceptable quality for 1.7$. But honestly, there are better offers in other threads for the same prices.

    We have been under DDOS so support was a bit limited for a few hour, we are selling a lowend vps so cnt offer a few minutes reply over your ticket our resolvation ticket time is 12 Hours but we try our best to reply within 2-3 Hours as per our work load
    your checking the houston Texas Page where we have E5-2699v4 and having a DDr 4 RAM Dallas is not listed on the website even its a self promotion because i have a free server there so thought to advertise on LET to get clear the space :)
    about the network i m checking it now as you mentioned in your ticket i m working on it already if you need a money back just open a ticket and cancel your plan i will process the refund ASAP

    Note: LET is not our Helpdesk

    This is what your US page says, which by the way doesn't specify a location so this could be anywhere.

    By this assumption it would be reasonable to assume all US KVMs are DDR4 and on "cutting edge hardware".

    Do you even know your own website?

    Next time, state the actual specs people would be receiving, perhaps actually make it inline with what your website says.
    Test your deployments because I had a broken VPS and even after rebuilding it I still had issues.
    Your virtualizor VNC doesn't work.

    I may have come off as aggressive but first impressions are everything and I am critical but fair.

    @AK_KWH, Japan Ipv6 is not even pinging, dead. Domain forwarding is upto client. Can't access Your website, mess. Can I even ask for refund for this day old NAT?
