    You would have to take legal action against the EU company for any dispute on the matter. I'm sure I'll honor short time frame data deletion requests especially ones that don't actually result in any revenue I've collected and therefore aren't part of my financial records.

    I think I follow good practices for data retention, security, etc. I just don't care about governments. I only care about my own just enough to keep them off my property. I do care about the people governments verbally claim to protect so that's all of you.

    Mike is fully exiting. It'll be me and my team, if they want to join in. Else it'll be just me. I didn't bring them on to support a second brand so I'll let it be their choice how involved they want to be.

    I’m sad MikePT totally exit the boat, would be nice to stay under his governance. But he definitively needs a break to get out of (growing) burn out risk.

    Fortunately jar is another amazing guy, MXRoute is rock solid! Can’t wait to read more about future / roadmap of MyW and news regarding our lifetime plans :)!

    In US even the governments have shotguns to keep away the people. Hopefully it won't get to that and everybody will calm down to enjoy their remaining lifetime.

    to be honest @jar you're one of the best persons i have ever seen in this forum. as you dont want to put extra pressure on your employee that cleared you are an awesome employer too. if you can give a part/full time job for @MikePT and let him manage the service that will be a good decision and remove the life time plan, today or tomorrow everything will be ended. instead take a recurring charge may be small amount and continue the service. god bless you 🙏

    Not very pleasant way to stop digging deeper into unprofitable business and finding out who your true friends are, but it's for the better anyway. Everybody just needs to find some courage to talk about their problems.

    The best thing for Mike is that his customers are taken care of and he's now free to devote his time to his next career.

    Hey team,

    This is Jarland Donnell from MXroute LLC again. In my last email I promised to keep you in the loop with MyW. MXroute has acquired the MyW brand and will be taking complete control of it. The transition is going to take us a bit so here's what we're doing right now:

    No more orders will be taken for new service
No automated suspensions for past due invoices
No automated termination for unpaid service

    We are currently not prepared to accept payment for any of your services, and will therefore not be enforcing anything relating to billing at this time. Once we are prepared to accept continued payments for your services, we will make generous adjustments to your accounts to ensure that this was not an inconvenience to you. Our standard operating procedure with things like this is to provide an excess of free service rather than trouble you with problems that were not of your design nor were welcome with all of the things you already have to worry about on a daily basis.

    As far as how we will manage the brand moving forward and what that will look like, there are some things that we just have to figure out during the transition. This acquisition was not made to further any of our goals at MXroute, nor was it made with any intent for profit. The entire purpose of this acquisition was to save you from an immediate loss of service. Whether the brand should be renamed and transitioned into different infrastructure, or whether it should be cleaned up and made into something that can stand on it's own two feet and split back off into it's own entity to thrive, we're open to different possibilities about how this advances. The primary concern will of course be your continued service availability.

    As we continue with this effort please continue to expect slow, if not seemingly nonexistent support. We were no more ready for this acquisition than you were to move your website(s) with such short notice. It's going to take a bit more time before sitting in this chair feels comfortable and all of the resources are adequately distributed.
