i'm looking storage server in europe,
cpu any intel/amd,
min 64gb ddr4 ram
1gbport or 10gbport at 330tb bw,
Europe location
Disk : 120gb ssd/nvme for OS &
Storage : ssd/nvm storage 10TB+ raid 1, as i am setting minio s3 storage,
optional if(hdd with nvme cache boost to meet atleast 300mbs read/write);
budget around $140 ~ $160 per month
no hetzner(kyc issue)

Depending on the application i can probably build you something on the upper end of your budget.
However, It would depend on where the traffic is going. (ie: if a decent amount is over IXP) and also if you are willing to consider a setup fee.
If you are also looking for some "compute" in addition to the storage, please consider that i generally offer "free private vlan's" between servers in the same location (second network drop). - This may cut down the amount of traffic you need, depending on your application.
