Looking for a tiny vps provider in India or from neighboring countries
Hi,
I am looking for a cheapest VPS provider in india or neighboring countries to use as VPN.
I am okay with 700mb-1gb ram, 10gb-15gb disk and 1 cpu just require minimum 5tb bandwidth
Any recommendations? I want it to be as cheap as possible because I already have a good vpn and I am paying decent price for it.

In India it's not gonna happen (I checked Leapswitch) however in the horizon there is this from SpeedyPage:

I use the lowest plan from @balramm and so far the experience is satisfactory. I use it as the getway (OpenVPN Tunnel) for my Home Server. Connectivity (latency & speed) is good within with most of the ISP within India
But beware, I guess they dont allow public VPN usage..

Issue is bandwidth is too costly in Indian sub continent. Many Indian providers just offer 250 to 500GB bandwidth for plans which cost more than 500INR. So, I would recommend sticking to VPN itself tbh...

USD 15 for entire year for their lowest plan. For my need, as a home server reverse proxy, 1TB a month felt sufficient.
I guess you can check their other plans or ask them if they have any custom plan for your requirement.
Finding low end VPS is India is really challenging.
Vultr / Digital Ocean offers excellent performance, I have tested them, but they are really costly for my need in long run.
