You can't go Reseller -> Shared (at least if you're moving the primary account). It gets messy and I just didn't want to try to catch all the edge cases that come with it.
If you really want to do that then you'll want to:
The Migration Center is fine going Reseller->Reseller, Shared->Reseller. It will not move the primary account, which means things like 'branding' will get lost. Sorry.
