Is it common for providers to downgrade a server to a more expensive plan without disclosing it?

    I'm read you ticket , and you explain us more times about low I/O performance and low CPU performance , so we move you to another node what have more better performance , unfortunately that node don't have configuration/templeate of you actual VPS configuration that it's cause

    In same time please in future contact us via telegram ,

    I'm read you ticket more clary and you make I/O tests to / , no to /storage , that it's cause due to low I/O , / partition it's a SSD partition what it's usage just for start operating system and for boot , /storage it's main partition

    Thanks, I replied. There has not been any data on the VPS since it was lost during the migration in June and the container rebuilt a couple times since then.

    For clarity, apart from the performance issues, the concerns I raised about missing or downgraded resources included: 2TB of disk space, bandwidth (unlimited to capped monthly), a dedicated CPU, and some boot SSD space, swap. The tests I ran for you in August were run while I was in the /storage folder.

    I don't have a Telegram account, sorry.

    Sorry, it makes you allow so many things, you lost data, crashes, no connection, etc. There are many providers that can offer you what you are looking for, just check the community and you will avoid headaches... :)

    You claim you are professional, but you are requesting customers to speak over Telegram rather than by email or ticket system. Bit of a contradiction wouldn't you argue?
