Need Suggestions for Adult Content Host with FFMPEG for multimedia sharing site

Hello -
I'm building a site that will allow users to upload and sell photos and videos. The site will use Wordpress with several plugins to enable my particular use case.
To this end, I am looking for suggestions for web hosts with the following features:
1) FFMPEG for video encoding, thumbnail creation
2) DDOS protection
4) Hosting in Europe or Iceland
5) Shared hosting (to build MVP, but willing to move up to VPS as well)
7) Cpanel
8) Domain alias / parking
9) Allows adult content (legal as defined by U.S. laws, of course)
11) Responsive tech support
12) PHP 4-7, PHP.ini management, .HTACCES management, ImageMagik and GD libraries
What's a reasonable price to pay for either shared hosting or VPS for the features listed above?
Have tried two hosts already, and one couldn't handle Wordpress with no traffic, oddly enough - won't name names here.

Shared for video encoding? You're going to reach your limits fast. And possibly will get suspended for cpu abuse since its a shared enviroment.

No webhost is going to take this on lol. Media hosting is incredibly intensive hardware wise. Your looking at probably multiple dedicated servers depending on your traffic/audience locations not a vps and certainly not shared hosting.

Its basically a managed VPS with dedicated resources - I dont see why not, but best to ask beforehand.
You'll be a nightmare for any host.
It'd be fine if we enabled ffmpeg I guess? Problem is people will want to use/slam it on some $8/year's or try to use it as a 24/7 encoding box or something.
The other issue is people expect to use ffmpeg-php which doesn't even support PHP 7. There's some classes like php-ffmpeg (note the swap in order) which seems to work on newer PHP's.
All depends on what OP is trying to accomplish. Is this straight up encoding all the time or is this thumbnails?

Ffmpeg is a resources consuming program not a simple basic command, you won't find it with web hosting services even those who offer limited SSH access

I would offer Optimal Web Hosting plans as a solution with Plesk, but do accept Adult Content like that.
As many have suggested, you will either need dedicated server or at least VPS/VDS with a host that doesn't overcommit or has too much overcommit to the hypervisors, allows adult content, and is ok with your service ramping IO and all your allocated resources to the rim most of the time. Best go with a Dedi server for the encoding.
