Ashburn Server

Hi guys ,

Im looking for a server located in Ashburn preferebly equinix dc.

Requirements:
-12-16 GHz
-4gb+ ram
-At leasat 180 TB inbound transfer or 20TB outbound
-under 0.5ms ping to 65.111.10.229 , 65.111.2.47 (I currently get 0.4)
-150 MB/s internet speed
- no downtimes/spikes in latency to targeted servers
