Applying a DNS Template VIA CLI and Plesk?

Hi All!
Been a long time since I've posted here. I'm helping a buddy out with his plesk server and am able to make DNS changes via the plesk CLI.
The question I have that I've not been able to find VIA Google FU, is there a way from command line to apply the DNS changes to a zone without having to manually go into the web interface and click Apply DNS template?
Thanks in advance if anyone knows how to do this. Their documentation sometimes leaves a lot to be desired.

@agoldenberg I use brave search, from brave browser more often that not. But is this what you are looking for?

Apparently there is a update template flag but take this result with a grain of salt as it's an AI summary

Yeah so this is what I am doing to add the DNS record which works flawlessly, however plesk doesn't update the template to reflect the change.
If I look under the domains DNS entries I can see the entry there, however it doesn't actually push the update into production without clicking that Apply DNS Template button in the web interface.

If they don't offer this, they'll want to add it, makes no sense to be able to do everything but apply what you've done through CLI
