I've been waiting since September 1st for confirmation of my payment and activation of the service. They don't respond to tickets.

Hey, if it's payment related, it might take a little bit. We'll check on it for you shortly. If a payment was on hold, then it may take some time for it to be released by PayPal.

So if a customer sends a payment to your PayPal account and it is subject to a hold of up to 21 days, you will not provision until this is cleared?

Of course we will do it far earlier than that. But it may take some time for us to process if it isn't urgent. Sales support has been a little delayed lately due to the labor day holiday, generally we do respond within the same day.

This has only happened with PayPal legacy payments. It never happens with PayPal billing agreements. We are working on a new system which will handle these delayed payments.

    Thanked by 1techdragon

I want server in USA, Could anyone guide me about the comparison between,

    Hetzner CCX13, [2C Dedicated,8GB Ram]
    vs
    Netcup Rs 1000 G11 [4C Dedicated, 8GB Ram]
    vs
    Advin Kvm Premium 8GB Ram.

I read somewhere that Netcup has Disk issue.
Hetzner giving only 2 Dedicated cores

Please guide, Which one is better and why.
My use case is elasticsearch So I need better disk performance and Also need to upgrade 8 GB to 16GB after sometime.

How much data do you save per month? Elasticsearh standalone or cluster?
Usually elasticsearch cluster needs lots of traffic for replicating data and sync.

Only thing for me to be hesitant to go with advin, traffic is little small for rest of specs.

You can try our service for 14 days. If you don't like it, we can issue you with a full refund back to your original payment method. We can upgrade your VPS at any time as long as there is availability (we usually keep a small reserve for upgrades), just open a ticket!
