    SpamExperts seems a great new feature! Never use them for outbound. Will it just scan and block spam emails or also acts as an extra SMTP relay (just like Mail.Baby) to send emails?

    It does both. We're only using it for inbound spam filtering at the moment, but will eventually be using it for outbound as well with our own IPs.

    Spamexperts replaces spamassassin in this case. In time we will use it for outbound too, we just need to warm it up some more.

    i still looking for reviews (googling is not much help) from anyone whos using it as outbound, i hope it is as good as MC for deliverability.

    Outbound will be through our own ip's.

    It'll take some time to warm up and get good delivery. We will slowly cut users over to make sure things don't get messy :) The main focus is inbound scrubbing.

    Do u allow root access in crate plan will ne great at this price point, it's like using premium vps with addition dedicated ip available..

    No root. You aren’t getting a control panel license, litespeed, 30 days of rolling backups, and countless other features on a vps for that price.

    We could, and have thought about it. There's concerns about AU abusing to try to demand customer details for users hosted outside of the AU facility.

    We'd maybe have to spin out namecrane.com.au or something.

    It's a resource pool all of your users share from. You can allocate resources from there.
