Dedicated Server USA $30
I am in search of a dedicated server based in the USA with the following specifications:
RAM: 32GB (DDR3 or DDR4 preferred)
CPU: Intel or AMD, from at least 2013
Bandwidth: Minimum 1Gbps (10Gbps preferred)
While I have a budget in mind, I am open to adjustments depending on the offering.
Please let me know if you have any options that meet these requirements.

With that budget I'd just go with with a VPS.
I can think of oneprovider (https://oneprovider.com/dedicated-servers/paris-france) who offers dedicated servers within that price range, but it's in France instead of the US.
