Resellerclub transferred or stole my domain name. Domain is not on the panel!

I'm a domain reseller (resellerclub). A my customer renewed his domain today. He paid for it. I checked on Resellerpanel and the fee was charged to me. But the domain name was automatically transferred to someone else the same minute. The domain name is not in the panel now and I cannot contact resellerclub. what should I do?

    I have warned my customers to transfer their domains elsewhere, but I need to solve this problem.

  • Pretty sure there is someone "above" ResellerClub that you can contact, do you have any idea who could that be?

    I tried all means of communication, I wrote to their support department, but there was no response. (support page, linkedin, x, mail .. ) They removed the ability to create support for the domain in the support department.

    The moment the domain renewal fee was paid, I received an e-mail that the domain was transferred elsewhere. The domain name disappeared from the panel. What does this mean?

    Yes, I created a support ticket through a different department, but there is no support department for the domain. They removed it. No response.

    Is it EIG?

    I guess there is also ICANN but it's hard to gauge who actually owns the domain here and I'm going to guess it isn't related to a trademark.

    Just to be sure: there is no way the customer could have done this? There is no way your account was accessed by someone else?

    Not possible, the moment the domain fee was paid for the renewal, that second the domain was transferred elsewhere. Such a fast transfer is not possible.

    Is it likely to be a popular domain that was maybe sniped by someone else? If not, then I am out of potential explanations.
