Grand is dead now..
The same thing happened to me. Go to Discord and open a ticket there. In my case, they solved it.
Same as well. They did an update and ping everyone after the update they gotten tickets open about products disappeared on account.
Checked mine it was gone (VPS was still running and able to connect).
Made ticket and was added back on account.
Notice Due date shown the wrong day and told them. Due date was fixed with free time added.

Curious as to why they got banned from LET though.
