Giving it a shot for the giveaway—fingers crossed. 🤞
It is for the first year
Oooo very tempting for a special event haha
This is on me. I am the main support person right now, as well as the network engineer, and I write all the code for our systems. I went into my coding cave to fix the OS re-install bug, and the tickets piled up more than usual. This is not an excuse; I am just letting you know the behind-the-scenes bit to help connect the dots.
Once I get the OS Re-Install fixed, this should be resolved. We ran into an issue where PXE is timing out on the disk copy, so we're working on a resolution to get around that bug.
As far as helping make this right, we will happily provide you with credit for the issue or a full refund even if you're past the 7-day money-back. We stand behind our product and service and know how painful it has been recently with all the growth. The $10 deal took off more than we thought haha
Just know I am working around the clock to get everything fixed and running normally again, and I don't plan to stop until it is stable
On a side note, we know the support time has been very long recently, we're taking steps to bring on a new support tech to help answer tickets so I can keep focused on fixing issues as they pop up quicker
Don't tease us like that. I will even take a lifetime VPS, doesn't have to be a dedi. I'm easy.
hopefulyy will win this time

What about future renewals?
You have time to promote here, but you don't have time to respond to my ticket. It's been more than 48 hours and you haven't fixed the problem of resetting the system in the background.....
yeah
congrats
I just noticed that my server underwent a reboot at 22:46 UTC on September 5th.
I have checked the system logs and found no software-related reboot activities.
Recently, I have been waiting for you to provide me with the IPMI access information, so this server has been idle, not running any high-load tasks, and there are no records of successful intrusions.
Could it be that there was a power outage at the data center?
Just as I was about to report this issue via a ticket, I found that your control panel URL (https://app.dartnode.com/) is not working, 504 error.
Additionally, please refer to my Ticket #2223. I have shown enough patience. However, when you delivered the server information to me, the SSH access password was incorrect. Although you responded the same day, you did not provide the IPMI access information and IPv6 information.
This means that your control panel does not offer me any other way to manage the server. If one day the server system becomes inaccessible, I can only wait for you to resolve it, and I have no other way to handle the issue myself.
I believe I have very reasonable grounds to request that the first day of my server's billing be postponed to the day when you have correctly provided all the IPMI access information and IPv6 information.
I completed the payment of $399 at 13:07 UTC on August 3rd. While I appreciate being among the first batch of users to receive the server, I feel that the delivery was a bit too rushed. As I mentioned above, delivering the server should not mean just giving me an IP address and SSH access information without any other details. These details are clearly stated on your website as part of the provided information.
Finally, would you please let me know how many days should I wait?
There is a 6-month colocation minimum on your Own Your Server offer. What is the billing period? Monthly?
vps is in maintain and shutdown without any notice, website is down also, the best solution could be refund.
They sent an email.

yes, but can you list what's the time they sent?
Starting At: 09/05/2024 10:30 PM (GMT-5) [In ~1 Hour]
Ending At: 09/06/2024 10:00 AM (GMT-5)
this is the maintain frame, I wondering the time they sent email.
I got at 9/6 8:24 and its 2PM still in maintainence.
Received the email at 4:33 AM (GMT +2) yesterday (09/05)
The worst hosting site ever, the servers are very slow, the technical support does not respond or solve any problems, and also a problem occurred and the servers stopped for three days and there was no response or apology or compensation from the site for the damage, and also the servers stopped for two days before and there was no response from support, honestly a very bad experience and this is my last month with them, and I do not recommend them to anyone, they do not respect customers and are also unprofessional, and also when I bought a new server I did not get the server data until two days later..
Update: 14:01 GMT-5: We have completed the migration of data to our transfer disks, and are now starting to re-deploy VMs onto the improved disk system. Once your VM is deployed back it will be auto powered on, no more power cycles are planned after this.
My $399 dedi server was offline for about 5 hours, since UTC time Sep. 6th 20:19.
I don't know what happened.
I don’t know when I can use it. I haven’t been able to use it normally since I bought it.
congrats zgato
No one responded to the ticket.
The problem has been going on for four or five days.
My vps has not been working properly.
Alas, the service and work efficiency are really low.
You have the same experience as me
