Do yourself a favor and do not go with Psychz or anyone using their network. They backhaul their largely singlehomed fibers to another DC, and any issues that happen are out largely out of their control to fix in any acceptable timeframe.
We had to learn the (very) hard way. There are a few good providers in Chicago, check their looking glasses to make an informed decision.
