they should be restored soon, he was banned but I didn't really understand why, he told me he wanted to contact support to try to resolve it

he was told exactly why he was banned
they lost their provider tag as mods are investigating reports from countless members including myself of them having delays, not delivering, and delivering poor performing services
then they got banned for continuing to solicit business here while their tag was stripped
the mods did all this in public comments fully explaining why they did what they did. so to say he didnt understand why is laughable
