Fiberstate's servers have been experiencing frequent packet loss recently.

The packet loss rate is over 20% for both IPv4 and IPv6. Below are the results from ping.pe. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

You have problems with Hurricane and they are already solving it.
It is always better to send them a ticket and they will respond to you with the situation that is happening. :)

    Can confirm.

Send speed is fine. We are getting like 20 Mbps Recv Speed in some locations along with packet loss.

There is confirmed issue with our connectivity to Hurricane Electric, could be a potential fiber or optic problem. We are investigating.

We've temporarily pulled them out of our BGP blend while we work on this. All traffic is now normalized. Any issues or questions, please open a support ticket.

Issue was diagnosed to a failed optic. It's been replaced and Hurricane Electric has been added back to our BGP blend. This issue is considered fully resolved and closed.

Any problems, please feel free to open a support ticket.
