    no paypal.

We are able to manually take PayPal for bulk orders.

  • Ordered a RTX 4090 server. Server delivery was quick although I ran into some issues while ordering. However, the staff was very friendly and responsive in the support ticket. Since this is a new server hosting provider, I'm not going to hold it against them. I've listed the issues I've had below. Hopefully these are fixed soon!

    Issues:

    • Crypto payment not detected automatically
    • Server OS install incorrect (Didn't install nvidia drivers)
    • Acceptable use policy doesn't exist? (I guess I can go wild?)
    • VNC doesn't work on server

Only RTX 4090 and monthly billing was available when I ordered. Would love to see hourly billing and the other GPUs that are advertised be available too. The crypto payments are nice to see.

  • Have 1x 4090 available right now, and we just restocked 4000 ADA as well.

A few more 10x 4090 nodes coming on within the next few weeks!

  • Whats the minimum deposit for hourly billing?

    $25 at the moment.

10x 4090 nodes should be coming online in the next week.

  • Good going PureGPU!

  • Love your deals, any plans of creating a hosted ComfyUI instance? There's a lot of customers (me ;) ) where time to set up is a downside. If you need some pointers, DMs are open.

We have added custom ISO uploads to the client panel & API.

We do have plans to expand the offering of premade disk images and setup customizable deploy scripts.

I read that the hourly billing is not possible for heavy work. I want to use it for about 6 hours daily running Android emulators (playing semi-flash games). Is this allowed or considered heavy work?

We certainly allow any sort of workloads on hourly or monthly billing. When you deploy an instance, the GPU is 100% dedicated to you.

However, the hourly instances are 'spot', so they can be terminated at any time if a user purchases a monthly plan.

disgusting system. imagine, you encoding a file and 90% completed after 3hours and server got terminated. what a waste.

Spot instances are designed to offer significant cost savings for flexible workloads that can be efficiently divided or resumed. For continuous, time-sensitive processes, we recommend exploring our monthly instance options to ensure seamless completion without interruption. We always strive to provide solutions that meet a variety of needs and appreciate your understanding of the balance between cost and performance.

i am paying hourly instance almost double or more then that for my hourly work and you will terminate the instance when a monthly customer order that instance which i am using and you will terminate my instance to give him. thats mean hourly customer is useless for you even after paying double or more?
you should change this system and give atleast 12 or 24 hours to leave the instance for monthly user.

Pretty much all the big cloud providers like AWS, GCP, RunPod, and Vast.AI offer hourly spot instances.

We do offer hourly billing, but mostly as a way for people to test us out. Our main goal is to build long-term relationships with clients who need GPUs for longer projects.

In the future, we'll likely have separate 'spot' and 'dedicated' hourly pricing, for customers who want to rent hourly instances and not have them interrupted, but like I said, it's not our focus at the moment.

What billing system are you using?

When I went to place an order, I just go redirected to the page I was on before but the URL showed:

    https://clients.puregpu.com/order/2?email=MY-EMAIL-ADDRESS&password=MY-PASSWORD

Bit concerning, right? My account wasn't even created, it seems. No error, no email received for email verification. Just my username (email) and password in plain text in your URL.

In any case, been looking for an hourly spot GPU provider to generate some .onion domains as needed using https://github.com/cathugger/mkp224o which has traditionally been pretty CPU taxing. As part of our domain name offerings have been working on a paid vanity .onion generator project and wanted a GPU server to test some things out.

EDIT: Manually created an account without trying to do so from the order form.

Added $25 in credit, but the crypto gateway displays as if it doesn't detect that the payment was created and that it's waiting for confirmations. So after the time was up, it still displayed as if it hadn't detected the payment yet. However I do see the payment was actually posted and showing in my account.

Not sure if that is the expected behavior or not, but typically with crypto once the payment is detected the status of the payment dynamically changes to indicate that it's now waiting on X confirmations and then will update again once finally confirmed. Not a huge deal but just something to take note of.
