Looking for a Fast VPS (Transfer from Hosting123 to VPS)

Hello, the file size of our website that we created over 1 year ago on Hosting123 pro cloud x plan has exceeded 30 GB and will continue to grow. We also have over 400k monthly traffic.
I want to transfer our website to a VPS before the resource usage increases any further, but I don't know much about VPS.
Is there a fast VPS provider who will install the VPS, hosting control panel, redis, complete the necessary settings and transfer our website without any problems?

Are you actively wanting to make the switch to VPS or would you prefer a shared hosting package like you have now, just with a larger package? If you're not used to dealing with server maintenance and keeping up with security patches, I'd stick with what you know until you have some time to dedicate to getting the fundamentals down.
I'm sure there's hosts that would get you accommodated but unless you're paying to have it managed, it's kind of for-not.
You would need to hire someone to maintain your VPS. It's not a one-time setup.
Actually the website is working fine now but eventually I will have to switch to VPS and shared services will not be enough. So I thought maybe there is a provider that can help with this.
Definitely sounds like you are looking for a managed vps.
If you're getting that sort of traffic and you don't have a solid understanding of server management/security/linux fundamentals, I'd highly suggest searching out a "managed" VPS provider. It's going to cost more but if you care about your 400k monthlies, you'll happily pay the premium.
I'm sure there are plenty of hosts that will migrate you but the most important part from there is the the point immediately thereafter. Unless you're with a managed service, you're going to have a really bad time.
I'm not familiar with the host you're currently with but you might be surprised at how shared hosting still might be fine for you - just on beefier hardware. It might be as easy as exporting your current shared and importing it to your new host, kicking dns over and voila, you're good to go.
To narrow this down a bit quicker here - what sort of budget are you working with? Probably should have been my first question because it really boils down to that. You'll either be able to afford a managed VPS or you'll have to gamble on a premium quality, shared hosting provider.
Honestly, you can run 1 million hit a month no problem on good shared hosting. You either need more shared hosting options that will be cheap, or a managed VPS that will be quite expensive.
Transferring is very easy.
What's your setup?
Did you mean provider who have pre-installed control panel? What kind of control panel you want to use?
Going to a VPS will not be cost efficient. Keep in mind that you have to buy the licenses to, eg. LiteSpeed, control panel license, some backup software..
