    Both servers are upgraded ! As I mentioned above I'm not offering double spec anymore due to abuse but instead random upgrades.

    The Alipay payment gateway is now fully operational again. The issue was caused by a problem with the IPN functionality, which reports to our billing system when a transaction is completed. After a recent update, the IPN address was incorrectly parsed, leading to a few orders showing a "payment pending" status even though the payment had already been completed.

    All pending orders have now been processed.

    Hello, as mentioned a couple of times I don't offer double/double upgrade anymore due to bulk order abuse.

    However I processed a random upgrade for you. Please power cycle your VPS from virtualizor to apply the changes by pressing "Power off" then "Start".

    Hi, please power cycle your VPS from virtualizor by pressing Power off then Start to apply the changes.

    P.S As mentioned above due to bulk order abuse we offer random upgrades instead of double/double just like our last promotion.

    Some customers experienced packet loss or slow network speeds and we identified the issue to be caused by a defective network cable on one of the recently collocated VPS Nodes, replacements will be installed tomorrow. The only affected customers are those who purchased in the last 2-3 days.
    Emails have been sent about this.

    New orders will be processed on another node until the cables are changed.

    I'm using your looking glass tool, it has nothing to do with my location or IP. And I'm not a customer of yours.

    So my first thought was that you're faking the Netherlands location and the servers are in Russia, but that doesn't seem to be the case https://ping.sx/ping?t=46.23.108.4

    It's very strange that you have good connectivity to a bunch of random european Datacenters, but Google and Cloudflare are routed 2000km into Russia with 50+ms latency.

    I'm not gonna talk to Cloudflare about this but you probably should. Good latency to Cloudflare is very important for a lot of customers.
