OVH - Multiple IPs on virtual machine

Hi

Have you experienced this problem at OVH?

I have Hyper V configured on the server, I have a virtual machine assigned with the IP 145.xxx.xxx.20, it works correctly, but if I add the IP 145.xxx.xxx.21 to that same machine then this IP does not work,

how can I have multiple IPs on a virtual machine?.

Normally it works without problems with other providers, it does not work with OVH

You would have to create/assign virtual MAC on ovh panel. The mac address should be the same as 145.xxx.xxx.20 for the IP: 145.xxx.xxx.21.

    Thanked by 1vpsGOD

Thanks for answering, exactly, I have created virtual macs in the ips on ovh panel, but those mac addresses are different

    145.xxx.xxx.20 02:00:00:xx:e6:yy
    145.xxx.xxx.21 02:00:00:xx:ac:yy

When you create virtual MAC you can choose which MAC to use in your case you should choose existing one assigned to your first ip, i am not sure since it has been 5-6 years since i don't use OVH, but back then it was as such...
